Wanshan Temple

Wanshan Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Wanshan Temple is located at the foot of Yanwangbi Mountain, which is shaped like a nipple, and is surrounded by verdant hills with picturesque views. Originally built during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, legend says it was established by imperial decree to suppress the local imperial feng shui energy, and its name was granted by the emperor. The present temple was reconstructed in 1992. Its abbot is Shi Haikong, a master of Vajra Dharma in China. The temple houses a 2-meter-tall bronze Buddha worth 600,000 yuan, a gift from overseas Chinese in Thailand. Additionally, there are numerous attractions such as One-Line Spring, Treasure Basin, Dry Well, Immortal Cave, Jingde Trial Whip Rock, and Family-Gazing Platform.
