Jingying Temple

Jingying Temple is a cultural relic protection unit of Henan Province.

Originally known as Guxian Valley Temple or Jingjing Temple, Jingying Temple was first built during the Northern and Southern Dynasties period. This era also marked the most vigorous development and peak prosperity of Buddhism in China. Many famous temples, ancient shrines, and grottoes in China were constructed during the Northern and Southern Dynasties.
