Xingfeng Temple is a cultural heritage protection unit of Nanzhao County.

Xingfeng Temple in Zhuanjiaoshi Village is located in Miaoshang Group, Zhuanjiaoshi Village, Maxiping Township.

This site is among the second batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units announced by Nanzhao County in November 2000.

Xingfeng Temple was originally built during the Ming Dynasty and was later renovated in the Qing Dynasty. The existing structures include one mountain gate, which is a flush-gable style building. There is also one stone memorial archway that is simple yet majestic, inscribed with the four characters “世沐天恩” (The world bathes in imperial grace). There are four stone stelae, one of which has been damaged, while the remaining three have inscriptions on their tops labeled “圣谕” (Imperial Edict), “御览” (Reviewed by the Emperor), and “敕赐” (Imperially Bestowed). The temple’s surrounding wall is relatively well-preserved, with the highest section reaching approximately 5 meters.
