The Ming Dynasty residential house in Mengzhuang is located in Mengzhuang, Xiaolou Village, Shaodian Town, Shangcai County. Built during the Ming Dynasty, it is a three-story brick-and-wood structure facing south, with a roof covered in small gray tiles. The building is adorned with brick carvings featuring figures, birds and beasts, flowers, and lotus pods. There is a delicately designed hanging flower door on the second floor of the front façade, as well as on the third floor of the eastern and western gables.
