Huayang Lake Scenic Area

Huayang Lake Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Huayang Lake Scenic Area is located at the foot of Dafoshan Mountain, the main peak of West Jiuhua Mountain (within Wumiao Township), and is named after collecting the streams from Xihewan Creek under Huayang Dafoshan Mountain. The lake water is clear and sweet, deep with plump fish, and surrounded by rolling mountains.

Huayang Dafoshan Mountain, Wolongshan Mountain, and Hetaojian Mountain are distributed around it, offering breathtaking scenery of lake and mountain. It is an ideal destination for people to get close to nature and unwind. It is a scenic area primarily designed for leisure, vacation, and conferences, and offers the best experience of harmony between humans and nature. Ongoing development projects in the area include water recreation, ecological tea gardens, wildlife parks, and youth education bases. Currently, the scenic area’s main gate, roads, water docks, conference center, villa complex, and amusement center have been completed and are being put into use successively.
