The Huaihai Campaign Chen Guanzhuang Memorial Hall (Chen Guanzhuang Martyrs' Cemetery) is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, a cultural relic protection unit of Henan Province, a classic red tourism destination, a patriotic education base, and a national defense education base.

The Chen Guanzhuang Area Annihilation Battle Martyrs' Cemetery of the Huaihai Campaign is located in Chen Guanzhuang, Yongcheng City, Henan Province. Established in 1963, it covers an area of approximately 200 acres. In 1974, the cemetery underwent its first expansion, with an investment of 8 million yuan. It successively built a 24.6-meter-high Martyrs' Monument, a 720-square-meter Huaihai Campaign Memorial Hall, a 500-square-meter Martyrs' Deeds Exhibition Hall, and a 10,000-square-meter Martyrs' Cemetery. From 2007 to 2012, the cemetery underwent its second expansion, with an investment of 80 million yuan. A series of facilities were constructed, including the Martyrs' Public Cemetery (featuring a 600-square-meter martyrs' remains crypt, a 10.5-meter-high landmark monument, a 200-meter-long Martyrs' Name Wall, and statues of 12 renowned martyrs), a 9,160-square-meter Huaihai Campaign Chen Guanzhuang Area Annihilation Battle Memorial Hall, a 730-square-meter Monument Corridor (with a 340-square-meter granite relief of the "Huaihai Battle" on the east side and a 320-square-meter white marble relief of "Military Strategists and Founding Marshals" on the west side), and a bronze group sculpture of the General Front Committee of the Huaihai Campaign (Liu Bocheng, Chen Yi, Deng Xiaoping, Su Yu, and Tan Zhenlin). The cemetery is an important patriotic education base and red tourism destination in the surrounding regions of Jiangsu, Shandong, Henan, and Anhui, attracting 150,000 visitors annually. In 1996, it was approved by the State Council as a National Key Martyrs' Memorial Building Protection Unit. In 2002, it was named a Henan Provincial National Defense Education Base by the Henan Provincial Government. In 2005, it was designated as a Red Tourism Unit by the Ministry of Civil Affairs. In 2009, it was named a National Patriotic Education Demonstration Base by the Central Propaganda Department. In May 2011, it was rated as one of the second batch of National Red Tourism Classic Scenic Areas and a National AAAA-level Tourist Attraction.

Driving Route: Drive along the Ji-Qi Expressway, exit at Yongcheng/G311/Huaibei, turn slightly right onto the ramp, then turn left onto G311, and make a slight left turn to reach the destination.
