The Yongcheng City Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is a Yongcheng municipal cultural relics protection unit, a classic red tourism destination, and a patriotic education base.

The city's revolutionary martyrs' cemetery is located in the western urban area of Yongcheng.

Yongcheng City is a veteran revolutionary base. To promote the revolutionary spirit and educate the younger generation, the Yongcheng Martyrs' Cemetery was approved by the provincial government in 1955 and completed in 1957. The cemetery is located on the north side of the middle section of Baota Road in the western urban area of Yongcheng, covering an area of 60,030 square meters. It includes a memorial monument, an exhibition hall, and a martyrs' cemetery. The martyrs' cemetery is the final resting place for 186 revolutionary martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the liberation of the Yongcheng area since the War of Resistance against Japan, as well as Yongcheng natives who died during peacetime. The cemetery is divided into upper and lower levels: the upper level houses the remains of 150 revolutionary martyrs, while the lower level contains the ashes of 36 martyrs. The exhibition displays 13 items, including Sheng Shuitang’s medical kit, satchel, and inscriptions by martyrs. Since 2008, reconstruction has been underway in the eastern urban area of Yongcheng.

The martyrs' cemetery is a county-level cultural relics protection unit and a municipal-level patriotic education base.
