Shigouhe Village, Longtan Community, Fangezhi Economic Development Zone, is located 2.6 kilometers west of Weizhou Road (National Highway 306), south of Fangchang Road, on the upper reaches of the Bailang River, south of the ten-reservoir water diversion outlet of the Xiaofu River. The village cultivates 400 mu of strawberries, 40 mu of pollution-free vegetable greenhouses, 4 high-standard breeding farms, and a high-standard Weifang Jinying Ecological Demonstration Park covering over 1,000 mu, which has already taken shape and is managed to high standards.

To the south of Shigouhe Village lies the ancient Longtan (Dragon Pool), where spring water flows year-round without ever drying up. The clear water spills out and converges into a lotus pond outside the pool, where the green is unbroken, dotted with faint red blossoms. The breeze carries the fragrance of the lotuses, while beneath the leaves, the water murmurs gently and fish swim in schools — a truly breathtaking scene. The Longtan Cultural Festival and Temple Fair are held annually on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month. The festival features song and dance performances, with dozens of yangge dance troupes taking part, attracting tens of thousands of visitors each year. Additionally, during the festival, members of district-level and above senior calligraphy and painting associations hold on-site art exchange activities. To the left of Longtan lies the Xiaofu River, over 70 meters wide, with water flowing continuously all year. The riverbanks are picturesque, with clear mountains, lucid waters, lush trees, and birdsong, making it a place that captivates and delights all who visit.
