The Bailang River Water Conservancy Scenic Area in Weifang City is located in Weifang, Shandong Province, and is a national-level water conservancy scenic area. The Bailang River is the most important river flowing through the urban area of Weifang City, Shandong Province, traversing the vast Changwei Plain. Originally serving as the moat of the old Weifang city, the river flows gently from south to north through the city center, forming the boundary between Weicheng District and Kuiwen District.

The Bailang River is the most important river flowing through the urban area of Weifang City, with a drainage area of 1,237 km². Its upper reaches originate from Dagushan Mountain in Changle County, Weifang City, and the river flows through Fangzi District, Weicheng District, Kuiwen District, and Hanting District of Weifang, eventually entering the Laizhou Bay of the Bohai Sea via Yangzi Town in Hanting District. The total length of the river is 127 km, with 21.7 km passing through the urban area. The Bailang River is especially beautiful on summer nights and makes for a great spot to unwind.
