Xiguan Ting Village is located within the national AA-level scenic area — the Yuwang Provincial Wetland Park in Weifang, Shandong. The village has 460 households and a population of 1,227. For years, Xiguan Ting Village has been actively committed to building a civilized rural community, dedicated to shaping its people with the outstanding spirit of Yuwang culture, attracting visitors with its unique tourism resources, and playing a "signature card" in regional economic development.

The village boasts the Yuwang Wetland Park, known as the "Jiangnan of Northern Weifang." Its lanes are clean, crisscrossed by waterways, adorned with clusters of cattails and weeping willows brushing the ground, all contributing to an idyllic ecological water town scenery. With support from the local subdistrict office, the village has invested over 2 million yuan to pave 3 kilometers of roads, plant more than 20,000 green saplings, transplant 3,000 lotus plants, and install full surveillance coverage, creating a naturally ecological and livable environment.

Since the establishment of the Gaoli Xiguan Ting Xingnong Poultry and Livestock Breeding Production Professional Cooperative in 2008, through the "cooperative + base + farmer" business model, a series of distinctive agricultural tourism products under the Xiguan Ting brand have been registered. The village has focused on developing white lotus root cultivation, crucian carp farming, Chinese mitten crab farming, and duck breeding. Through trademark registration and improved packaging, its free-range duck eggs, millet, and white lotus roots have become well-known specialty products in the surrounding areas.

The village's distinctive rural cuisine is truly unique. Many local "farmhouse restaurants" attract numerous food enthusiasts with wetland specialties and authentic dishes such as pan-fried crucian carp, salted duck eggs, and small fish soup. Among them, Beihai No.1 Restaurant stands out with its unique free-range sunflower chickens and lavender garden landscapes that have become local attractions.

Xiguan Ting Village, with its beautiful environment, authentic cuisine, and livable, work-friendly conditions, has earned the reputation of being the "Pearl of the Wetland." In recent years, the village has successively received honors such as “Provincial Civilized Village,” “Provincial Afforestation Demonstration Village,” “National Grassroots Women’s Federation Model Community,” “Shandong Province Left-behind Children Activity Station,” and “Advanced Grassroots Women’s Organization.”
