Longchi Town is located in the northwest of Changyi City, governing 27 administrative villages, with 7,442 households and a population of 32,000. It is a Strong Tourism Township of Shandong Province and an Environmentally Beautiful Township of Shandong Province. In recent years, the town has focused on the overall goal of building a distinctive frontier town in the "Blue and Yellow" economic zones. Various measures have been taken to promote the creation of a provincial-level civilized village and town, comprehensively advancing economic, political, cultural, and social development, continuously meeting the spiritual and material needs of the people, and achieving harmonious and healthy economic and social development. The town insists on integrated development of the cultural and tourism industries, using culture to enrich tourism and tourism to carry culture, continuously increasing investment in culture to build distinctive cultural brands. First, it emphasizes the construction of cultural facilities. With an investment of over 18 million yuan, the Longchi Cultural Park was built, and the Longchi Cultural Station was upgraded to meet provincial cultural station standards. The "inland river linkage and water system networking" project has been improved, and more than 10 historical and cultural sites such as the Beibaita Martyrs' Shrine and Sun Bin Temple have been preserved and restored. Historical legends such as the origin of Longchi and the story of Wu Zhuangyuan Qi Enming have been compiled to enhance the cultural qualities of the scenic spots, thus promoting the integrated development of the cultural industry and tourism. Third, it promotes distinctive cultural brands. Efforts have been made to apply for Wang Xizhi’s paper-cutting and Zhao Huai zhi’s salt production to be listed as provincial intangible cultural heritage, and the book 《Longchi New Year Customs》 has been compiled to establish the unique cultural brand of Longchi.

Starting from the government street of the town, go north to the Qi West Village Committee, turn right to the former residence complex of Qi West Village, proceed via Xueyuan Street to the north-south road of Dongbaita Village to the Dongbai Chen Family Ancestral Temple, continue north and turn left to the Martyrs’ Shrine of Beibai, exit the shrine and go north via the central street of Beibaita to Guanbao Road, then north to Wadong Village, through the village center street to the location of Wang Xizhi’s paper-cutting, then proceed to Wabei Village to the Sun Bin Temple, after exiting Wabei Village continue north where fishing sites at Wantang can be found everywhere, cross Xingsha Road to see the vast salt field scenery.
