Liutuan Town is located 10 kilometers north of Changyi City, on the southern shore of the Laizhou Bay in the Bohai Sea, covering a total area of 324.7 square kilometers. It administers 72 administrative villages with a population of 72,000 and has 75,000 mu of arable land. The coastline stretches 19 kilometers long, with 41,300 mu of tidal flats. The Rongwu Expressway, the Dailong Railway, and Xinhai Road traverse east-west, while Changzao Road runs north-south. It has been designated as a Strong Tourism Town by the Shandong Provincial Tourism Bureau.
