Shanyang Ruins

The Shanyang Ruins are a cultural heritage protection unit of Shandong Province.

The Shanyang Ruins are located in Yinma Town, Changyi City. Dating from the Zhou to the Han dynasties, the site was designated as part of the fourth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Shandong Province in 2013.

Yinma Town: "Yinma Town is located 30 kilometers south of Changyi City proper, covering a total area of 840,000 square kilometers with arable land spanning 81,400 mu. It governs 42 administrative villages and has a total population of 44,000. The town boasts abundant local resources, flat terrain, a superior geographical location, and convenient transportation. Provincial Highway Xiaxia runs north-south through the area, while the Jiqing Expressway crosses east-west and features Exit 16, situated just 500 meters south of the town center, making it a key transportation hub connecting the provincial capital Jinan with the coastal regions of the Shandong Peninsula.
