On October 10, 2013, the Former Residence of Chen Gan (Including Tomb Garden) was designated as part of the fourth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

It administers 27 administrative villages, with 7,442 households and a population of 24,000, and has 58,000 mu of arable land.
