Xihuangbu Catholic Church is a cultural relic protection unit of Shandong Province.

Xihuangbu Catholic Church is located in Weizi Subdistrict, Changyi City, dating back to the Republic of China period.

On October 10, 2013, Xihuangbu Catholic Church was designated as part of the fourth batch of Provincial-Level Cultural Relics Protection Units by the People's Government of Shandong Province.

Weizi Subdistrict: Weizi Subdistrict is located in the central part of Changyi City, covering an area of 106 square kilometers. It administers 89 administrative villages, with 19,828 households and a population of 68,000. The cultivated land area is 93,600 mu. In 2005, the town achieved an industrial output value of 5.8 billion yuan; realized sales revenue of 5.5 billion yuan; generated local fiscal revenue of 25.82 million yuan; fixed asset investment reached 1.01 billion yuan; attracted investment totaling 470 million yuan; and the per capita net income of farmers was 5,316 yuan.
