Hongyuan Liquor Culture Museum

The Hongyuan Liquor Culture Museum is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

The Shouguang Hongyuan Liquor Culture Museum, affiliated with Shandong Hongyuan Liquor Co., Ltd., was established in 2005 and took two years to complete. With an investment of over 20 million yuan, it covers a construction area of 3,000 square meters and houses a collection of more than a thousand historical artifacts. It is the first liquor culture museum in Shandong Province, filling a gap in the province’s liquor cultural heritage. The museum consists of seven major exhibition halls—the Nongsheng Hall, the Liu Zihou Hall, the Liquor Ware Collection Hall, the Ancient Town Exhibition Hall, the Hongyuan Baijiu Brewing Techniques Hall, the Honor Exhibition Hall, and the Qu-making and Distillation Techniques Hall—as well as two liquor culture corridors. Through physical displays and scenario recreations, visitors can experience firsthand the provincial intangible cultural heritage—Hongyuan Traditional Baijiu Brewing Techniques—and gain a deep appreciation for Shouguang’s long-standing brewing history and rich liquor culture.
