Beichen Oasis Wetland Park is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Beichen Oasis Wetland Park is located in the Weifang Economic and Technological Development Zone and is a national AA-level tourist attraction. As a key component of the Bailang River Comprehensive Improvement Project, it is also a major urban construction initiative in Weifang. Stretching 8 kilometers from the Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway in the south to Qianling Bridge north of the North Outer Ring Road in the north, the park has a total planned controlled area of 20 square kilometers, with a planned total investment of 800 million yuan. It is being developed into a tourist destination that integrates sightseeing, leisure, entertainment, and science education.

Tourist route: The Urban Landscape Area extends from south of Minzhu Street to the Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway, continuing the style of an urban river channel with more artificial elements. Key landscape nodes include the Forest Music Square, Lotus Haven Square, and Dragon Boat Dock. The Water Scenic Park Area covers a vast region from Minzhu Street to the North Outer Ring Road, primarily consisting of a water recreation zone and riverside woodland areas. The northern section focuses on creating a core viewing area, with artificial landscapes on the west bank such as the Water Rhythm Square, Thousand-Meter Sandy Beach, and Master Garden. The Pristine Wetland Conservation Area adheres to the principles of “nature first, ecological restoration,” highlighting “rural scenery and ecological civilization.” It is dedicated to establishing a distinctive reclaimed water ecological treatment zone, an ecological science education base, and a unique heron gathering area in northern China.
