Yuan Shang Site

The Yuan Shang Site is a cultural heritage protection unit of Linyi City.

The Yuan Shang Site is located to the south of Yuan Shang Village, Zhutian Town, Fei County. It dates back to the Shang Dynasty and is classified as an ancient site.

The Yuan Shang Site is among the third batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Zhutian Town: Located in the western part of Feicheng, Zhutian Town is traversed east-west by the Feiliang Highway and north-south by the Xinghao Highway. The town comprises 82 administrative villages, with a population of 60,000 and an area of 158.6 square kilometers. It has 61,000 mu of arable land. The town center is 12 kilometers from Feicheng. The Qianhe and Kunlong Rivers converge here. The town has widespread access to program-controlled telephones and cable television, along with three base stations each for China Mobile and China Unicom, ensuring seamless wireless communication. A 35KV substation provides ample power supply for local industrial and agricultural production.
