Zibo Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery is a Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit, a classic red tourism destination, and a patriotic education base.

Zibo Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery, originally known as Zhoucun Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery, was first built in March 1948. Its original site was located in the city center of Zhoucun (now Zhoucun People's Square). In 1999, with approval from the provincial and municipal governments, it was relocated to Dabu Mountain in the southeastern part of Zhoucun, covering an area of over 100 acres and capable of accommodating more than 50,000 people for activities. In March 2000, it was officially renamed Zibo Revolutionary Martyrs' Cemetery by the municipal government. The cemetery includes a martyrs' tomb area, the Everlasting Spirit Pavilion, and the Southern Frontier Martyrs' Pavilion (with the names of 329 martyrs engraved on the back of the monument), as well as the Revolutionary Martyrs' Deeds Memorial Hall. The hall displays the deeds and relics of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the liberation and construction of the country during the Anti-Japanese War, the Liberation War, and the period of socialist construction. The cemetery is the final resting place of the renowned anti-Japanese heroes of central Shandong — the three Ma brothers (Ma Yaonan, Ma Xiaoyun, and Ma Tianmin) — and 686 other revolutionary martyrs who gave their lives for the country during the Anti-Japanese War, the Liberation War, and the period of socialist construction. In March 2009, it was approved by the State Council as a “National Key Martyrs’ Memorial Building Protection Unit,” named a “Shandong Provincial Party Member Education Base” by the Provincial Party Committee Organization Department, and designated a “Shandong Provincial Patriotic Education Base” by the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda Department. In October 2013, it was approved by the provincial government as a fourth batch Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Nanjiao Town: Located to the south of "the No.1 Village under Heaven" — Zhoucun, Nanjiao Town was formed in March 2001 through the merger of the former Nanjiao Town, Gaotang Town, and Jiahuang Town. After the adjustment, Nanjiao Town borders Fujia Town of Zhangdian District to the east, lies adjacent to the Jiaoji Railway and Zhangzhou Road to the north, with National Highway 309 running east-west and forming a triangular transportation network with Qingzhu Road and Binbo Expressway. The town governs 49 natural villages, covers a total area of 59.2 square kilometers, and has a population of approximately 35,000.
