The Leling Liangzhui Xisen New Village Tourist Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a cultural tourism destination.

The Liangzhui Xisen New Village Tourist Area is located in Huangjia Town, northwest of Leling City, and is a national agricultural tourism demonstration site. Through "village-enterprise interaction," Liangzhui New Village has developed an industrialized agricultural operation model, achieving scale efficiency in "modern agriculture" development. This has increased farmers' incomes and promoted the advancement of agriculture and rural areas, fully showcasing the new look of a modern countryside. Three tour routes have been introduced: the leisure sightseeing route (Liangzhui New Village), the ecological sightseeing route (Luxi Agro-Pastoral Circular Economy Industrial Chain), and the breeding tourism route. Huangjia Town: Leling’s Huangjia Town administers 109 administrative villages, has a population of 72,000, and cultivates 107,700 acres of farmland, covering a total area of 120 square kilometers. In 2002, the town’s gross domestic product reached 372 million yuan, fiscal revenue was 8.498 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 3,500 yuan.
