Pingyin Lüze Painting Academy is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Pingyin Lüze Painting Academy Co., Ltd. is located at the former Ligou Middle School in Kongcun Town, Pingyin County. Currently, it employs 180 painters, including 18 senior painters and 46 intermediate painters. The company mainly engages in the creation and export of oil paintings and watercolors, with all products sold to developed countries in Western Europe and North America.

The company was established by Qingdao Lüze Painting Academy, which has been awarded the title of Advanced Enterprise at both the provincial and municipal levels multiple times. In 2006, it was honored as a “Cultural (Fine Arts) Industry Demonstration Base” by the Ministry of Culture. In 2010, it was jointly awarded the title of “National Key Enterprise for Cultural Exports (2009–2010)” by four ministries. It is also an advanced unit in Shandong Province’s cultural system reform and cultural industry development. Leaders from the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, and the Ministry of Culture have visited our company for inspection and guidance, all giving high praise and fully affirming the spirit of the Lüze staff, who uphold the corporate values of “patriotism, integrity, benevolence, and innovation.”

Based on the company’s actual situation, and in order to better serve society and create greater social and economic benefits, with the support of the Jinan Municipal and County Disabled Persons’ Federations, in early 2013 the company conducted research on the feasibility of engaging people with disabilities in oil painting reproduction and stone carving, and investigated the situation of disabled individuals in Jinan. It concluded that establishing a cultural industry employment base for disabled people in Jinan was a practical and mutually beneficial initiative—both addressing employment issues for the disabled and solving talent shortages for the enterprise. This holds significant importance for the development of the cause of people with disabilities. The “Jinan My Brothers and Sisters Cultural Industry Training and Employment Base” was officially unveiled, enrolling 65 people with disabilities.

On this basis, the company has continuously increased investment in infrastructure renovation, spending over 4 million yuan to complete full accessibility modifications, ensuring a barrier-free experience for both employees and visiting tourists, which has received widespread acclaim. In 2014, the company generated more than 3 million yuan in tourism-driven income and added 200,000 yuan in tax revenue, effectively achieving an organic integration of the cultural and tourism industries.

As the company rapidly expands, it actively explores international markets and emphasizes brand building. It has registered the “Lüze” trademark, establishing a positive image of Chinese enterprises as “contract-abiding and trustworthy” on the global stage.
