The Huabaochuan Road Construction Monument Pavilion is a Shandong Provincial cultural relics protection unit.

The Huabaochuan Road Construction Monument Pavilion is located in Xinglongzhen Village, Ancheng Town, Pingyin County, and dates back to the Republic of China era.

On June 23, 2015, the Huabaochuan Road Construction Monument Pavilion was designated by the Shandong Provincial People's Government as part of the fifth batch of Shandong Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Units.

Ancheng Town: Ancheng Township is located in the northeast of the county. It was the site of Beian Ancient City, the capital of the Jibei Kingdom as recorded in the "Book of Han," from which Ancheng Township derived its name. In November 2005, following a comprehensive reform of township administrative divisions, the former Ancheng Township and Luanwan Township were merged into Ancheng Township. The merged area covers 122 square kilometers, with 4,136 hectares of arable land, and administers 44 administrative villages (communities). It has a population of 11,663 households, totaling 39,490 people, with a birth rate of 10.31‰ and a natural population growth rate of 2.06‰.
