The Qingshuiwan Ecological Agriculture Sightseeing Park project (Shengfeng Ecological Agriculture Development Project) is located in Jiazhuang Town. With a total investment of 200 million yuan, the construction period spans four years, divided into two phases: the first phase from July 2011 to December 2012, and the second phase from January 2013 to July 2015. The project is developed by Jinan Shengfeng Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., covering an area of over 1,000 acres. It features ten major functional zones including an ecological flower sea sightseeing area, agricultural experience zone, eco hot spring resort, Tai Chi wellness retreat, children’s play area, water amusement area, and Shanghe Cultural Square Zone.
