Jiazhuang Town is located 8 kilometers west of Shanghe County in Jinan City. Provincial Highway 316 runs east-west across the town, while the Ji-Luo Expressway stretches north-south with an exit and service area.

Jiazhuang Town is characterized as a “hot spring tourism town, a new hub for investment and entrepreneurship, and a hometown of flowers and nursery stock.” It has been honored with titles such as “Best Leisure Township of Shandong Leisure Festival,” “Top 100 Towns for Nursery Stock and Flowers in Shandong Province,” “Provincial-Level Strong Tourism Town,” “Provincial-Level Civilized Town,” and “First Batch of Demonstration Towns for Rural Civilization Action in Jinan.”

Relying on the Rural Oasis, Jiazhuang Town has built a 1,200-acre cultural tourism park, which includes a 3,082-square-meter tourist service center, a 6,000-square-meter hot spring wellness experience area, a 70,000-square-meter flower viewing area, a 5,000-square-meter Guzi Yangge folk performance area, a 12,000-square-meter fruit-picking area, a 6,100-square-meter farmhouse dining and accommodation area, and a 53,000-square-meter leisure fishing garden. The Rural Oasis has been developed into a multifunctional, comprehensive eco-cultural tourism destination integrating hot spring wellness experiences, Guzi Yangge performances, eco-agricultural sightseeing, and the development of agricultural and sideline products. Covering an area of 2,000 acres, the Rural Oasis houses a 50,000-square-meter modern intelligent greenhouse that utilizes geothermal resources to cultivate premium flowers such as anthuriums, Oncidium, and Phalaenopsis. With an annual sales volume of 800,000 potted plants, it is the largest anthurium planting base in Jinan, holding a 90% market share in the provincial capital. The site also includes a 1,600-acre nursery stock base and a 200-acre peony garden sightseeing area. From Jinan City, take the Yellow River Bridge and turn slightly right onto National Highway 220. Travel 30.3 kilometers until you reach the intersection of Jiyang North and Provincial Highway 248 (there is a Sinopec gas station on the right), then turn left onto Provincial Highway 248. After 31.5 kilometers, you will arrive at the southern outer ring road of Shanghe County, which is also the intersection with Provincial Highway 316 (there is a Sinopec gas station on the left side of the intersection). Turn left onto Highway 316 and head west for about 10 minutes to reach Jiazhuang Town.
