Lujia Village is located on the Fengshou River in the western part of Zhenglu, Shanghe County, Jinan City. It is traversed by Shangzhan Road and Huanzhen Road, offering very convenient transportation. Shunhe Park boasts beautiful scenery.

The village primarily grows Pearl Red watermelons, which are small, thin-skinned, sweet, juicy, and rich in nutrients. These green, pollution-free, and high-quality Pearl Red watermelons are sold to more than ten provinces and cities across the country, including Hebei, Inner Mongolia, and Heilongjiang.

In 2010, the Lujia Pearl Red Watermelon Production Base was recognized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture as a “Shandong Province Pollution-Free Agricultural Product Base.”

In 2012, Lujia watermelons successfully obtained the “National Geographical Indication Product Certification” from the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

In 2013, Lujia applied for recognition as a municipal-level civilized village and carried out a “Five Modernizations” transformation within the village. Currently, all major streets in Lujia Village are paved, with complete infrastructure such as street lighting and pipeline networks. The village also features farmhouse restaurants that serve self-grown pollution-free fruits and vegetables, fresh fish, and a fishing park for visitors to enjoy.
