Yangge Ancient Village Scenic Area is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Guzi Yangge — one of the first national intangible cultural heritages, originated in Yuan Dou Village and Yangmiao area of Sunji Town. Nestled within it, Yangge Ancient Village vividly showcases the various stages of Guzi Yangge — from its origin and development to its heyday. It offers visitors a chance to immerse themselves in the profound culture of Yangge, experiencing the grandeur of the umbrella, the resonance of the drum, the agility of the stick, the grace of the flower, and the humor of the clown. In Yangge Ancient Village, tourists can witness intangible heritage crafts such as coarse cloth weaving, tofu skin production, and Shanghe roast chicken processing; they can also experience rural life from the age of farming civilization, including well-pulled water by pulley and stone mills. Additionally, the “village” grows a variety of fruits such as peaches and pearl oil apricots, wild vegetables like alfalfa and broom cabbage, as well as aquatic products like prawns — all available for picking or fishing.
