Jinfengling Scenic Area

Jinfengling Scenic Area is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Jinfengling Scenic Area is located in Xinniantuan Village, Shankou Town, Tai’an City, 19 kilometers from downtown Tai’an, with the Jilin Highway passing through the town.

Jinfengling Scenic Area, aligned with Mount Tai Scenic Area, follows the principle of “meeting standards, exceeding standards, and setting higher standards.” It has actively pursued the goal of becoming a 5A-level tourist attraction. At present, all preparatory efforts are mostly finalized, and the campaign to achieve this status has reached its critical final stage. Jinfengling Scenic Area at Mount Tai is getting ready to receive visitors from around the world with an even more picturesque environment, as well as improved facilities and services.

Tai’an boasts uniquely rich tourism resources. Mount Tai, the foremost of China’s Five Great Mountains, stands as a symbol of the Chinese national spirit and a microcosm of Huaxia culture. It blends magnificent natural landscapes with profound cultural heritage, and has been inscribed as a UNESCO World Natural and Cultural Heritage site. Mount Tai lies within Shandong Province’s iconic “One Mountain, One Water, One Sage” tourism route. Tai’an’s tourism industry centers on Mount Tai and radiates outward to surrounding counties and districts, driving the development of scenic areas such as Jinfengling, Culai Mountain, Lashan Mountain, Lianhua Mountain, Niushan Mountain, and Dongping Lake. The tourism landscape of Mount Tai has essentially evolved into one where there is not only a “bright moon” but also many “shining stars.”
