I. Self-Drive Camp Project

The focus is on leveraging the grandeur of Mount Tai to establish the Mount Tai Auto Camp brand. The project is located in the welcome area at the main gate of Zhaoyu and covers an initial planned area of 105 mu. As a tourism complex, it serves as a flagship project to attract visitors and showcase the region’s image, as well as functioning as a regional tourist distribution center. The total planned investment is 50 million yuan. Once completed and operational, the project is expected to generate annual operating revenue of approximately 60 million yuan, with taxes and profits totaling 5 million yuan.

II. Fishing Center Project

The planned total area is 81 mu. By expanding the reservoir and constructing dams along the upstream section of the reservoir to the Nanyu Natural Village river stretch, the project emphasizes water-based features. Fishing facilities will be designed according to national standards, leisure facilities according to recreational standards, and wellness products according to health-oriented standards. The facility can operate independently or serve as an integral part of the self-drive camp, meeting tourists’ needs for “food, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.” The total planned investment is 30 million yuan. Once completed and operational, the project is expected to generate annual operating revenue of approximately 30 million yuan, with taxes and profits totaling 2.8 million yuan.

III. Dai East Greenway Project

The focus is on constructing a riverside greenway, creating a 1.5 km waterfront leisure path between the fishing center and the self-drive camp. Along the route, landscape features, leisure experience zones, and sightseeing areas will be set up, aiming to build “Shandong Province’s most ecologically rich tourism greenway.” The total planned investment is 20 million yuan. Once completed and operational, the project is expected to generate annual operating revenue of approximately 18 million yuan, with taxes and profits totaling 1.6 million yuan.

IV. Self-Sufficient Manor Project

The project mainly relies on the original natural village. Through strategies for local employment, resettlement, income generation, and agricultural industry transformation, it aims to develop a unique model and create a one-of-a-kind classic manor. The total planned investment is 30 million yuan. Once completed and operational, the project is expected to generate annual operating revenue of approximately 40 million yuan, with taxes and profits totaling 2.8 million yuan.

V. Nanyu High-End Wellness Resort Project

Drawing inspiration from the development model of Amanfayun in Hangzhou, the project involves relocating residents of Nanyu Natural Village through rural relocation and land transfer. The original site will be transformed into the highest-end resort in the province, setting an example to lead and promote the development of leisure and vacation industries around Mount Tai. It aims to shift Mount Tai tourism from sightseeing to a combination of sightseeing on Mount Tai and leisure in Daiyue (Zhaoyu), thus expanding the tourism space from Mount Tai to Greater Mount Tai. The total planned investment is 50 million yuan. Once completed and operational, the project is expected to generate annual operating revenue of approximately 60 million yuan, with taxes and profits totaling 5.9 million yuan.

VI. Mount Tai Tea Expo Park Project

The project involves developing 3,000 mu of organic, high-efficiency, and ecological tea plantations. This includes 400 mu in the first phase, 600 mu in the second phase, and 2,000 mu in the third phase. It also includes building a premium “Mount Tai Daughter Tea” plantation covering 1,000 mu, a high-standard tea processing demonstration factory, and an eco-agricultural tourism park. The total planned investment is 100 million yuan. Once completed and operational, the project is expected to generate annual operating revenue of 50 million yuan, with taxes and profits totaling 5 million yuan.

VII. Outdoor Adventure Training Project

Leveraging the existing resources of Zhaoyu Village, the project will develop recreational, fun, and team-building outdoor activities suitable for both children and adults. The planned investment is 30 million yuan, to be used for constructing land-based activities such as jungle trekking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, stream tracing, camping, and cave exploration, as well as comprehensive projects including wilderness survival, field expansion, and adventure challenge competitions.

VIII. Zhaoyu Village Water System Ecological Project, Xiagang Township

1. Ecological River Dam Project

This is an ecological water conservancy project. With support from higher-level fiscal funds, the planned investment is 3 million yuan. The project involves constructing a masonry water-retaining dam at the confluence of the Zhaoyu River, Yaowan River, and Xiagang River. The dam will be 100 meters long, with a maximum height of 3.0 meters, creating a backwater stretch of about 300 meters and forming a water surface area of approximately 12,000 square meters. Together with the Zhaoyu Reservoir, it will form a connected water system and scenic green corridor along the river. Ecological revetments will be built on both banks, along with lakeside wooden boardwalks and 2–3 pavilions for fishing and leisure. Trees such as weeping willows and forsythia will be planted along the river to enhance the landscape, creating Zhaoyu Village’s distinctive “authentic, pristine ecology and true mountains and waters.”

2. Pengjiayu Reservoir Group Hongqu Renovation Project

The Hongqu renovation project has a budget of approximately 2.8 million yuan. The main components include renovating 24 kilometers of the main canal and 4 kilometers of two branch canals in Zhaoyu. For the main canal, this includes: (1) dredging approximately 19,200 cubic meters; (2) rebuilding about 1 kilometer of canal walls, using 1,400 cubic meters of rubble masonry; (3) anti-seepage work on the canal base, including cement mortar anti-seepage on approximately 48,000 square meters of the canal bottom and pointing work on approximately 86,400 square meters of the side walls; (4) renovating 20 sluice gates measuring 2×1 meters, 30 flood discharge gates measuring 2×1.5 meters, and 120 water release gates. The branch canal renovation mainly involves dredging and anti-seepage work on two branch canals in Zhaoyu, totaling 4 kilometers. Upon completion, the water intake at the head of the canal will be 3.7 cubic meters per second, and the intake at the Zhaoyu branch canal will be 0.7 cubic meters per second. This will enable the diversion of water from the Pengjiayu Reservoir into the village and reservoir, ensuring water supply for tourism development and ecological needs in Zhaoyu Village.
