Zhongqing Songshi Grape Manor

Zhongqing Songshi Grape Manor is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Established in June 2012, Zhongqing Songshi Grape Manor is located at the junction of Tai'an, Jinan, and Laiwu cities. Centered around the development of wine grape cultivation, it adheres to the business philosophy of “ecology, efficiency, high-end quality, and technology.” After five years of development, it has now become a modern agricultural science and technology demonstration park that integrates sightseeing and grape picking, leisure fishing, dining and vacationing, and rural tourism.

To date, the grape planting area has over 800 acres of vines, including 720 acres of wine grape varieties and 80 acres of table grapes, encompassing nearly 100 varieties of both table and wine grapes. Once the vines reach full production age, the manor will be capable of producing over 300,000 pounds of table grapes and more than 500 tons of wine annually. The estate also leases a 92-acre reservoir, features a 1,760-square-meter sightseeing greenhouse, a newly built 500-meter grape sightseeing corridor, a 30-acre pollution-free vegetable garden, and an 18-acre specialty breeding farm.

The winery building covers a construction area of 6,400 square meters and includes high-standard supporting facilities such as a wine cellar and a grape wine production workshop. It is fully equipped to support wine production, industry research, wine tasting, sightseeing, wellness, dining, and accommodation.

The park offers visitors opportunities for leisure vacations, dining, fishing, and sightseeing & grape picking. It is also outfitted with various recreational facilities suitable for youth science education and outdoor development. Additionally, the park features green vegetable gardens and picking areas, allowing visitors to reconnect with nature and enjoy hands-on experiences.

The third floor of the winery houses a comprehensive manor that combines dining and accommodation. For dining, all poultry (chicken, duck, goose), pork, vegetables, and eggs served at the table are produced on-site, being completely natural, pollution-free, free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers—ensuring safe and enjoyable meals. The facility is also equipped with an Italian-imported oven, allowing guests to barbecue or make pizza.
