The entire carnival has a total axis area of 74,688㎡, with the theme pavilion axis area covering 55,296㎡. It includes 8 themed pavilions, 1 seedling greenhouse, and 1 high-efficiency cultivation greenhouse, each with an area of 6,912㎡, and the corridor axis area is 5,568㎡. The pavilion themes focus entirely on Shandong Province’s leading industries, while running through the concepts of ecology and green development. The design of each pavilion is based on local agricultural resources such as edible fungi, animal husbandry, farming, vegetables, and flowers. It also integrates local cultural elements including the Yi Yin culture, wellness culture, farming culture, Yanta Tower culture, canal culture, riddle society culture, Hui ethnic culture, and revolutionary culture. By integrating technology and landscape, it creates a creative agricultural brand unique to Xinxian.

The Agricultural Carnival is an agricultural leisure experience model that uses agricultural production activities as its backdrop and festive events as its medium. It is an agricultural complex based on agriculture, supported by technology, connected by culture, and characterized by tourism. It combines modern agriculture with Chinese culture, serving as a grand traditional cultural event, a project linking the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries along with the quaternary sector, an urban-rural integration initiative, and a key approach to integrating the three industries.

Model Innovation: The Xinxian Agricultural Carnival adopts a cooperative model with China Agricultural University to ensure the continuous updating of technologies in each pavilion, forming a sustainable technical support system for the entire project.
