Dong'e Luoshen Lake Park is a national AAA-level tourist attraction, a national water conservancy scenic area, and a national wetland park.

Dong'e Luoshen Lake Park is located in the northwest of the county town. The overall planning of the park spans 8 kilometers from north to south, covering a total area of 220 hectares, including 96 hectares of water surface. The construction of the park has consistently adhered to the concept of "people-oriented, harmonious coexistence of humans and water," and has now initially formed an open, ecological, comprehensive garden park integrating ecology, culture, sightseeing, sports, leisure, and tourism. In 2008, it was successively awarded titles such as "Youth Civilization Unit," "Advanced Unit in Urban Construction," "Advanced Unit in Safety Management," and "Municipal Environmental Education Base." The first phase of Luoshen Lake Park began construction in October 2003 and was completed in September 2005. It covers an area of over 1,400 mu, including 600 mu of water surface, with a water storage capacity of 2.2 million cubic meters. Up close, the waters of Luoshen Lake shimmer brilliantly, while from afar, "the azure lake reflects the mountain hues, and lush plants and blossoms form a picturesque scene." The charm of Luoshen Lake is captivating and leaves visitors lingering. In 2007, Luoshen Lake Park was designated as the Luoshen Lake Water Conservancy Scenic Area by the Ministry of Water Resources. From the top of Xiaoyu Mountain, the panoramic view of the urban area unfolds before your eyes, where the vast expanse of water blends seamlessly with the blue sky, green trees, peculiar rocks, and blooming flowers, forming a unique waterfront natural landscape belt. Currently, the lake is home to over 700,000 fish, including carp, crucian carp, silver carp, and bighead carp, available for fishing. The water area also features aquatic plants such as reeds and cattails for visitors to enjoy. Magpies, orioles, and wild ducks soaring above the water add vitality to Luoshen Lake, composing a natural chapter of ecological harmony. Currently, Dong'e County has developed a new pattern of symmetrical growth on both its eastern and western banks. The construction of the park plays a pivotal role in promoting Dong'e’s long-standing historical civilization, reviving its rich historical and cultural characteristics, and advancing the development of urban green spaces. Once completed, it will stand as Dong'e County’s historical and cultural corridor for generations to come. The grand, open Luoshen Lake Park, with its enchanting and picturesque scenery, is bound to attract visitors from all directions.
