Li Ziguang (1911–1945), originally named Li Huaiming, was from Wangzhuang Village, Huangtun Township, Dong'e County. He joined the Communist Party of China in late 1938. By the end of 1940, he served as the civil affairs assistant in the Fifth District Anti-Japanese Government of Dong'e. In the autumn of 1944, he became the deputy head of the Sixth District. On the morning of April 26, 1945, while inspecting and assigning tasks in Zhangdaokou Village, he was surrounded by enemies, sustained multiple injuries, lost consciousness, and was captured.
