Protected Area and Construction Control Zone: The protected area is defined with the center point of the southern side of the Ming Dynasty stele (longitude 116°02′52.3″, latitude 35°02′11.9″) as the base. It extends 10 meters north, 45 meters south, 8 meters east, and 72 meters west. The construction control zone extends 5 meters outward in all directions from the protected area.
