The newly relocated Jinxi Martyrs' Cemetery is located on the east side of National Highway 206 in the northern suburbs of Jinxi County and was completed in June 2003. The rebuilt Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument is majestic and splendid, standing 14 meters tall, with the seven golden characters "Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument" engraved on its northern face. The entire martyrs' cemetery covers an area of over 30 acres, surrounded by green mountains and lush vegetation, serving as a site for people to honor the martyrs and receive revolutionary tradition education.

Since the Agrarian Revolutionary War, Jinxi County has had a total of 197 revolutionary martyrs, including 129 from the Second Revolutionary Civil War period, 2 from the War of Resistance Against Japan, 24 from the Liberation War period, and 42 from the Korean War, Socialist Revolution, and construction periods. The county government has issued martyr certificates to all and implemented preferential policies for their families. In 1998, the county government also approved the naming of streets after martyrs Zhou Jianping and Lu Chunsheng for permanent commemoration. (Zhou Jianping was the commander of the 10th Red Army and deputy commander of the 343rd Brigade of the Eighth Route Army; Lu Chunsheng was the founder of the Communist Party and Communist Youth League organizations in Jinxi County.)

To honor the martyrs, Jinxi County built a martyrs' cemetery as early as 1952. The original martyrs' cemetery was located in the western part of Jinxi County, covering an area of about 7,500 square meters. The old Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument was 12 meters tall, with the inscription "Eternal Glory to the Martyrs Who Sacrificed for the Revolution!" on its northern face, and was then known as the "Agrarian Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument." Later, with the approval of the Jiangxi Provincial People's Committee, it was rebuilt in July 1965 and renamed the "Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument." A pavilion called "Yanglie Pavilion" was built next to the monument in 1998. Due to the original martyrs' cemetery being located in the western part of the county, with inconvenient transportation and limited space, in 2001, the county government decided to relocate the martyrs' park and the revolutionary monument as a whole to the east side of National Highway 206 in the northern suburbs of the county. The newly relocated martyrs' cemetery, with an investment of over 1 million yuan, was completed in June 2003, becoming a new base for revolutionary tradition and patriotic education. In 2006, the Jinxi County Martyrs' Cemetery was rated as a municipal-level patriotic education base by Fuzhou City.
