Yuanye Mountain Villa Scenic Area

Yuanye Mountain Villa Scenic Area is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

The Yuanye Mountain Villa rural complex project is located at the golden junction of Fuzhou, Chongren, and Yihuang, within the territory of Chongren County. It is an AAAA-level scenic spot. The area enjoys highly convenient external transportation, being adjacent to the provincial highway connecting Fuzhou City and Chongren County. It is only a 15-minute drive from both Fuzhou City and Chongren County, and just one hour from Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province. Within a 1.5-hour traffic circle, it can attract approximately 50 million urban residents from surrounding provinces and cities. This project covers a planned area of about 10,000 mu, redesigned according to AAAAA standards, with a total planned investment of 3.78 billion RMB. The initial investment has reached 220 million RMB, completing infrastructure construction.

The Yuanye Mountain Villa rural complex was meticulously developed by Jiangxi Shuofeng Holding Group, a well-known real estate enterprise in Fuzhou. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, "Shuofeng Culture & Tourism," is responsible for the unified planning, construction, and operation of the project. It aims to create a comprehensive experiential rural industry cluster centered around literati culture. The project integrates pastoral life, study education, agricultural industry, e-commerce logistics, wellness and retirement, cultural creativity and technology, fun pet experiences, military experiences, wedding services, water park entertainment, homestay vacations, special performances, and local cuisine. It fully aligns with Fuzhou City's overall tourism development strategy of "one district, one belt, and six poles."

The project includes 168 large and medium-sized experiential cultural and creative consumer products, fully integrating the "three lives and three industries." It boasts strong interactive consumption capacity, industrial poverty alleviation capability, and urban brand enhancement potential. Once fully completed, it is expected to achieve a minimum annual turnover of 800 million RMB, accommodate over 2 million visitors annually, and maintain a minimum annual revenue distribution rate of 45%.

Through years of effort, starting from scratch, Yuanye Mountain Villa has gradually taken shape and gained favor among various consumer groups. It has also earned a series of honors. In 2012, it was rated as a National Four-Star Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Park and a Jiangxi Provincial 4A-Level Rural Tourism Demonstration Site. In June 2013, it was further recognized as a Jiangxi Provincial Leisure Agriculture Demonstration Site, a Jiangxi Provincial Agricultural Industrialization Leading Enterprise, a Jiangxi Provincial Service Industry Leading Enterprise, and a National Youth Agricultural Science Education Base. In 2015, it was named a National 3A-Level Tourist Attraction and a Fuzhou Municipal National Defense Education Base. In 2016, it was awarded National Five-Star Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism Park status and was successfully selected as a National AAAA-Level Tourist Attraction in December of the same year.

Experiential Education:

The Fuzhou Youth Comprehensive Practice Education Base has become a hub for youth experiential science education. The base has consistently adhered to the development philosophy of “combining practice with science education, with education as the priority,” and is dedicated to “the comprehensive growth of youth quality.” Leveraging extensive experience in experiential science education, it has gradually developed a unique and highly competitive science education system.

1. Life Education: Earthquake and fire safety education halls and anti-drug science education halls have been established to enhance youth awareness of cherishing life, loving life, and protecting themselves.

2. Psychological and Behavioral Training: Utilizing the natural hilly terrain of Yuanye Mountain Villa, carefully designed activities such as broken bridge crossings, water retrieval in minefields, inflatable obstacle courses, track trains, speed challenges, climbing walls, electric grid drills, and blindfolded group challenges aim to “temper willpower, cultivate sentiment, refine character, and forge teamwork.”

3. National Defense Education Experience: Through CS battlefields and military training fields, youth awareness of national defense is strengthened.

4. Ecological and Environmental Protection Education: Facilities such as zoos and dinosaur exhibitions are built to promote harmony between humans and nature, enhancing knowledge about flora and fauna.

5. Life and Labor Experience Zone: Activities such as fishing in water, barbecuing, outdoor cooking, and agricultural work provide education on safety, wilderness survival skills, and practical abilities.

6. Inspirational Education Experience: Showcasing the growth journeys and achievements of historical figures encourages youth to draw motivation from history, fostering personal growth in an era that values knowledge and talent.

Leisure Agriculture

Integrating agricultural sightseeing, farming culture, and Chongren Silkie chicken culture, the agricultural sightseeing park combines elements such as Taiwanese fruits, ecological vegetables, traditional Chinese medicine cultivation, flower mazes, cherry blossom viewing, agricultural science education, geodesic domes, eco-restaurants, and QQ farms. It extends the educational function of the park.

1. Modern Agriculture: Modern intelligent greenhouse systems integrate factors such as indoor temperature, light, water, fertilizer, and air, along with intelligent heating, cooling, ventilation, shading, micro-irrigation, and central control systems. These are adjusted to optimal conditions based on crop needs, achieving water and fertilizer conservation while providing healthy, nutritious, organic, and pollution-free produce along with vibrant flowers.

2. Eco-Restaurant: Designed with green landscape plants as the main feature, complemented by vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs, and medicinal plants, combined with rockeries, waterfalls, bridges, streams, bamboo pavilions, and other garden elements, it offers a fully immersive green and pleasant dining environment.

3. Flower Appreciation, Orchard, and Traditional Agriculture: Leveraging landscape resources and traditional agricultural production conditions, this sector develops new forms of agricultural production and management focused on sightseeing, leisure, and tourism. In comprehensive leisure agriculture parks, visitors can enjoy fruit picking, engage in farming activities, learn about rural life, and experience local charm.

4. Farming Culture: Showcases traditional practices such as brewing, oil pressing, spinning, weaving, dyeing, and displays of traditional farming tools.
