Ganxian Dahujang National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

Ganxian Dahujang National Wetland Park covers a total area of 6,655 hectares, with wetland area spanning 5,353.7 hectares, accounting for a wetland ratio of 80.45%.

Jiangxi Dahujang National Wetland Park was approved as a pilot construction project by the state in March 2011. Over the past five years, with the care and support from higher authorities and the strong leadership of the county Party committee and government, the park has closely followed the Master Plan and national requirements for wetland construction. It has prioritized the protection of wetland flora and fauna, focused on treating water pollution sources in the Gan River, fully implemented the river chief system, actively promoted wetland knowledge, continuously strengthened wetland conservation awareness, and accelerated wetland restoration and the development of wetland tourism resources. The park has developed a number of tourist attractions including the Gannan Hakka Celebrity (Cherry Blossom) Park, Peach Blossom Island, and Xiasha Eighteen Flower Halls, while continuously integrating Hakka culture with wetland culture. It is gradually being developed into a model base for ecological civilization. On August 3–4, 2016, leaders and experts from the State Forestry Administration conducted an evaluation and acceptance inspection of the county’s pilot construction, spoke highly of the efforts, and ultimately granted the park national approval along with the honorary title of “National Wetland Park.”
