Gongxiang Hall

Gongxiang Hall is located in Group 3, Bailu Village, Bailu Township, Ganxian District, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, 63 kilometers northeast of the county seat. It faces from southeast to northwest, and is built with a brick-and-wood structure, featuring a flush gable roof and a post-and-lintel construction system. The hall spans five bays, has a single-entry two-courtyard layout, double eaves, a width of 35.43 meters, a depth of 25.5 meters, and a total floor area of 903.47 square meters. An inscribed stone records that it was built in the first year of the Xianfeng era during the Qing Dynasty and boasts a unique architectural style, making it of significant research value.

Bailu Village: Bailu Village is situated in the northern part of Bailu Township, Ganxian District, Jiangxi Province, 63 kilometers from Ganzhou City. The settlement of Bailu dates back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties, and it gradually flourished over time. The village currently has nearly 600 households and a population of about 2,500. Shaped like a crescent moon, the village covers an area of 0.2 square kilometers. Among its 60,000 square meters of historic architecture, there are more than 140 well-preserved Hakka residences that are over a hundred years old. These classic buildings, with their traditional grey-brick and black-tile design, were mostly constructed during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
