Ganzhou Yubingyuan Resort is located on the south side of Binjiang Road in the Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone (in Outan, Panlong Town), approximately 5 kilometers from the city center of Ganzhou. It is a well-known comprehensive leisure and resort destination for local residents, integrating hotels, villas, and recreational facilities. The resort was first built in 2002, with a total land area of approximately 31,637.5 square meters, including buildings such as the hotel, villas, tea house, office building, and staff dormitories, covering an area of about 6,000 square meters.
