Former Site of the "Chinese Children's Village" at Hugang (including 16 structures such as a memorial archway-style mountain gate, village office, auditorium, office building (former residence of Chiang Ching-kuo), etc.) The "Chinese Children's Village" in southern Jiangxi is located in Hugang Village, Shuidong Town, on the eastern outskirts of Ganzhou City. It was established during the tenure of Chiang Ching-kuo as head of Jiangxi Province and officially opened in June 1943. At its peak, the village housed over 1,000 children, most of whom were war refugees left homeless during the Anti-Japanese War.

The "Chinese Children's Village" in southern Jiangxi is located in Hugang Village, Shuidong Town, on the eastern outskirts of Ganzhou City. Established during Chiang Ching-kuo’s governance of Jiangxi, it was completed and opened in June 1943. At its height, the village accommodated over 1,000 children, many of whom were displaced minors during the war. Currently preserved structures include the village’s memorial archway, the village council office, small assembly hall, dining hall, eight dormitories, two classrooms, and the former residence of Chiang Ching-kuo. It is designated as a cultural relic protection unit of Ganzhou City.
