Xinglong Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Xinglong Temple is an ancient Qing Dynasty structure, located to the north of Dong’anju Village, Lutou Township, She County. It is among the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units designated by Handan City.

Dong’anju Village: Dong’anju Village is situated in the northwest corner of She County, in the western part of Lutou Township, within the corridor of She County’s Thousand-Mile Tourism Route. The village was originally named Anzui Village, later changed to Anju Village, symbolizing peace and prosperity, hence the current name Dong’anju Village. To the north of the village lies Xinglong Temple (also referred to as Dragon Prosperity Temple). According to inscriptions in the temple, the village was established during the Northern Qi Dynasty. To the east of Xinglong Temple is a clear spring known as Ma Bao Spring. Legend has it that when the monk Xuanzang was on his journey to retrieve Buddhist scriptures, his horse grew extremely thirsty. The horse pawed at the ground with its hooves, and water gushed out, giving the spring its name. The spring water is sweet and flows year-round. In the village there is also a Guan Yu Temple, and to the south of the Guan Yu Temple stands a Guanyin Pavilion.
