Location: Shuangli Village, Xinyang Town, Youxi County

Introduction: Also known as the "Lu Mansion," it was the former residence of Lu Xingbang, a warlord from northern Fujian. Covering an area of 3,150 square meters with a built-up area of 2,194 square meters, the complex faces south and has a rectangular layout. Along the central axis are the main hall, middle hall, and mountain gate wall, with two wing rooms on each side. The entire complex is enclosed by walls, with a watchtower in the northwest corner. The main structure is built with a combination of earth, wood, brick, and stone. It features a five-bay width and seven-pillar depth, with a single-eave hanging gable roof.

Protected area: To the east up to the road boundary of Shuangli Village Committee; to the west up to the arch wall of neighboring houses; to the south up to the field boundary of the lower courtyard at the entrance; to the north up to the road boundary at the back gate.

In 2009, the Gongguan Gorge Residential Complex was designated as part of the seventh batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People’s Government of Fujian Province.

Shuangli Village: Shuangli Village is one of the administrative villages under Xinyang Town, Youxi County. Located in the eastern part of Xinyang Town at an elevation of 510 meters, it administers nine natural villages, 13 villager groups, 426 households, and 1,691 residents, including 63 party members. The village spans a total land area of 21,795 mu, including 1,429 mu of arable land and 19,362 mu of forested land, and is characterized as a hilly woodland region. The total industrial and agricultural output value of the village is 14 million yuan, comprising 5.4 million yuan from industry and 8.6 million yuan from agriculture.
