Guxi Starry River Scenic Area is located in Xibin Village, Tangchuan Township, Youxi County, with an overall elevation of over 700 meters. On clear nights, the pristine skies above Guxi Starry River offer some of the best stargazing and moon-viewing spots.

The Guxi Starry River Leisure Tourism Resort is located in Guxi Natural Village, Xibin Village, Tangchuan Township, Youxi County, surrounded by high mountains on three sides. With the theme “Guxi Flower Valley, A Leisurely Life by Mountains and Waters,” it promotes a rural leisure experience focused on fishing, woodcutting, farming, and reading.
