Liuyuan Village

Liuyuan Village is located in the western part of Zudun Township, comprising three natural villages and six villager groups. It currently has 286 households and a population of 1,062, covering a land area of 15,800 mu. It is a revolutionary old base village in Fujian Province. In recent years, it has been awarded titles such as National Eco-Village, Fujian Provincial Model Village for Beautiful Countryside Construction, Four-Star Beautiful Village, Nanping Municipal Party Building Model Village, Songxi County Civilized Village, and Songxi County Legal System Model Village.

Leveraging its unique ecological tea plantations and local conditions, Liuyuan Village, driven by the leading role of “Longyuan Tea Factory,” has developed 1,000 acres of organic tea gardens. It is gradually forming an “industry-friendly, tourism-friendly” model of “tea enterprises + farmers,” creating a distinctive “tea tourism culture” travel route. In accordance with AAA-level rural tourism scenic area standards, it has built leisure and sightseeing facilities such as parking lots, walking trails, viewing boardwalks, landscape lakes, a hundred-bamboo garden, and fruit and vegetable farms.

Following the principle of “highlighting key points and maintaining unique features,” the five farmhouse restaurants opened in Liuyuan Village are fully equipped, have beautiful environments, and maintain good hygiene standards. Each offers distinctive cuisine: the signature dishes of Shop No. 1 are: Braised Carp, Pork with Preserved Vegetables, and Glutinous Rice Cake; Shop No. 2 offers Dried Bamboo Shoots and Goose Hotpot, Golden Fruit, and Local Loach; Shop No. 3 serves Stuffed Chicken, Thousand-Layer Cake, and Dry-Pot Bamboo Rat; Shop No. 4 features Homemade New Year Cake, Braised Pork Trotter, and Sweet and Sour Ribs; and Shop No. 5 offers Tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), “Head and Face” dish, and Fish Head with Chopped Chili.
