The village currently has 306 households and a population of 1,235, including 9 households under the subsistence allowance system, 1 surviving veteran, and comprising 3 natural villages and 9 villager groups. The total area of Liutun Village is 14,500 mu, including 1,200 mu of arable land and 11,000 mu of mountainous land. The main industry of Liutun Village is agriculture, and the main sources of income for villagers include working outside the village, tea plantations, chestnut farming, and grain cultivation.
