The Jingkecao Pingtou Site

The Jingkecao Pingtou Site is a cultural heritage protection site of Songxi County.

The Jingkecao Pingtou Site is located in Shuangyuan Village, Zhengdun Town, Songxi County, dating back to the Shang and Zhou dynasties.

The Jingkecao Pingtou Site has been designated as a county-level cultural heritage conservation unit.

Shuangyuan Village: Shuangyuan Village in Zhengdun Town is situated at the foot of green hills in the northwest part of Zhengdun. It comprises four natural villages—Shuangyuan, Jingke, Dongmei, and Dayuan—and 10 villager groups, with a total of 505 households and a population of 2,096. The village covers an area of 21,185 mu, including 2,685 mu of arable land and 18,500 mu of mountainous land (including 1,200 mu of tea plantations, 13,600 mu of forest, and 3,700 mu of bamboo groves).
