The village currently has 306 households and a population of 1,235, including 9 households receiving subsistence allowances and 1 registered veteran. It comprises 3 natural villages and 9 villager groups. The total area of Liutun Village is 14,500 mu, including 1,200 mu of arable land and 11,000 mu of mountainous land. The main industry in Liutun Village is agriculture, and the primary sources of income for local farmers include working outside the village, tea plantations, chestnut farming, and grain cultivation.
