Sutun Village: General Overview

Sutun Village is situated southeast of Zhengdun Town in Songxi County, located downstream along the Songxi River at the foot of the beautiful Zhanlu Mountain. It is part of a former revolutionary base area and is a key poverty-alleviation village supported by the county. The village is 10 kilometers from downtown Songxi and 5 kilometers from the center of Zhengdun Town. Covering a total area of 13,808 mu (including 11,000 mu of forestland and 2,808 mu of arable land), the forest coverage rate reaches 79.7%. The main village road is a cement-paved highway (cement paving to Likeng Natural Village is currently under construction).
