The Main Hall of Dasheng Temple in Feicun Village is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Fujian Province.

The Main Hall of Dasheng Temple in Feicun Village is located in Feicun Village, Yushan Town, Jian’ou City, and dates back to the Yuan Dynasty.

Introduction: Constructed during the Yuantong era (1333–1335) of the Yuan Dynasty, it faces west with its back to the east and covers a construction area of 110 square meters. The main hall has three bays in width and five columns in depth, featuring a post-and-lintel and through-tenon style timber frame, spindle-shaped columns, and inverted-bowl style column bases. Repairs in the 1980s revealed ink inscriptions such as “Yuantong” beneath the purlin ridge, indicating its construction date. This temple is a rare example of Yuan Dynasty wooden architecture in the province.

In 2013, the Main Hall of Dasheng Temple in Feicun Village was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage sites by the People’s Government of Fujian Province.

Protected area: East to the highway, south to the mountain stream, west to the highway, north to the mountain gully.

Feicun Village: Feicun Village consists of four natural villages, namely Chenghou Village, Quzhuping Village, Xiacun Village, and Shangcun Village. It also includes eight villager groups, comprising the Chenghou Group, Quzhuping Group, three groups from Xiacun, and three groups from Shangcun. The village also administers the Banling Nunnery. The location of Feicun Village is as follows: east to Linghou Village, south to Chouling Village, west to Yushan Village, and north to Yanghou Village.

Feicun Village has a total of 387 households, a population of 1,672, 896 laborers, 1,583 mu of arable land, and 26,523 mu of forested land.
