Ordinary Bridge is a cultural heritage site protected at the Jian’ou City level.

Ordinary Bridge is located in Houtang Village, Xiaoqiao Town, Jian’ou City, dating back to the Daoguang era of the Qing Dynasty.

Ordinary Bridge has been designated as a county-level cultural heritage site.

Houtang Village: Adjacent to Jian’ou City, Houtang Village is situated at the westernmost end of Xiaoqiao Town. To the east it borders Yangze Village, to the southwest it is neighbored by Nanya Town, and to the north it connects with the Tongji Subdistrict Office of Jian’ou. The village administers seven natural villages, nine villager groups, 800 households, and a population of 2,950.

Infrastructure: Rural roads are 100% paved. Provincial Highway 303 runs through the northwest of the village, leading directly to Tongji Subdistrict, while Sanmen Natural Village connects seamlessly with National Highway 205 in the urban area. The unimpeded transportation brings unlimited development opportunities to Houtang Village.
