The Joint Tomb of Martyrs Xiao Haiqing, Chen Yutai, and Sun Shuyi in Xukeng, Dikou is a cultural relic protection unit of Jian’ou City.

The Joint Tomb of Martyrs Xiao Haiqing, Chen Yutai, and Sun Shuyi in Xukeng, Dikou is located in Xukeng Natural Village, Dabulin Village, Dikou Town. It dates to the modern period and is categorized as a tomb.

The tomb is located about 2 kilometers west of the Jian’ou–Dikou Town highway in Xukeng Natural Village, Dabulin Village, Dikou Town, Jian’ou City. It was renovated in December 1953, faces southwest by west and northeast by north, measuring 7.5 meters in length, 6 meters in width, and 6 meters in height. On the side facing the highway, from left to right, stand the joint tombstones of revolutionary martyrs Xiao Haiqing, Chen Yutai, and Sun Shuyi. The tomb mound is coated with cement, and the tomb is built with flagstone. Several decades-old maple trees are planted on the mountainside near the second-level terrace on the left. The three martyrs were national land reform officials who were killed by local bandits during the land reform period. This martyrs' tomb holds positive significance for conducting revolutionary education among young people.

On April 28, 2020, the People’s Government of Jian’ou City designated it as part of the fifth batch of cultural relic protection units of Jian’ou City.

Protective Scope: The tomb faces southwest by west and northeast by north, with the tomb structure itself covering an area of 63.92 square meters designated as the protective scope. The protective scope extends 7.4 meters to the northeast, 9.7 meters to the southeast, 6.1 meters to the southwest, and 9.2 meters to the northwest.

Construction Control Zone: The construction control zone is based on the protective scope, extending to the adjacent Jian’ou–Nanya highway to the northeast, approximately 2 meters toward nearby residential buildings to the southeast, 19 meters to the back hillside to the southwest, and 30.2 meters to the northwest. The total controlled construction area is 987.07 square meters.
